Do I carry the autism gene with my family history

Of the 4 daughters of my grandmother, 3 of them had children. For two of these said daughters, the second child was autistic, while the rest of the children were not. For the third daughter, the second child was not autistic. This daughter/mother had a different father for the second child compared to her first, and also had a few miscarriages. (Probably explaining why her second child wasn't autistic.) Since this second child of the third mother most likely holds the autism gene, will her first child be autistic? And why was the second child of the other mothers autistic, rather than the first or third?
1、There are no autism genes per se. There are only genetic predispositions. For instance; if a child has a genetic predisposition to be allergic to his mother's milk, that makes him predisposed to autism. It's a shock, to say the least, to discover ones only source of nourishment is poisonous. Also, if a person is born gifted, that's genetic. And genius--precociousness at birth--leads to autism because if a child is born wide awake that magnifies the birth trauma. Also, if a child has a frail Constitution, that's genetic. He is then predisposed to severe illness in early infancy, and that leads to autism. If you do a little Google research, you will find that there is a definite statistical link between autism and at least one of the following:Caesarean birthPremature birthDifficult delivery (being born a twin, for instance)Precociousness at birthSurgery shortly after birthAllergies to mother's milk (or casein in general)Abandonment (as in feral children)Blindness in infancySevere illness at birthBirth defects.
